Request to optimize menus

I play dynasty without going in game because at the moment I'm on a potato 7730u. Even with that I still got artifacting on the recruiting menus, and my laptop is running the hardest it can to cool down in the other menus as well. I know and completely understand I can't play moments or in game RN, but I would love to believe that we can get the menus to run softer than the actual demanding part of the game.
