At the end of season recap, I am unable to adjust NIL for returning players which results in my best players transferring after every season… I’ve tried everything to make it work but when it comes up to manage roster, none of it works. Has this happened to anyone else?
I have the same issue.. online dynasty on my ps5.
Happens when playing as OC/DC. Must be a bug because the computer doesn't adjust those NIL numbers either. Leading to mass exodus. Very unfortunate.

(Set next season roster NIL) you pay up to yellow or green for little to no issues.
And on players leaving section if it still bothers you on how likely they are to leave go to your league settings and adjust your user player transfer chance so low they won't leave.
I'd say find a healthy balance.
