Why can't we hire coaches above level 50?

Once coaches start retiring, it becomes nearly impossible to hire quality assistants. After a certain point, assistants rated above 50 barely even show up in the coaching carousel as options to offer.

This needs to be fixed. If a coach is in the carousel, we should have access to them and at least have the opportunity to make an offer.

Why is it that after roughly the first 10 seasons, I can no longer find Strategists or Elite Recruiters to hire, even if I have Cream of the Crop? Either allow us to assign or develop assistant coaching skill trees ourselves, or give us access to higher-level assistants who already have those abilities.

The entire point of limiting what one coach can do is supposed to be that you have to build the right staff around them. But what sense does that make if the game eventually stops giving you the ability to actually build the right staff? 😂
