why are there so many high school recruits with the same attributes?!

man, im in the beginning of year 3 & just started recruiting & when im scouting players im noticing the SAME ATTRIBUTES OVER & OVER & OVER. its been like this every year in my dynasties. i scouted literally 4 safeties that had 91 speed & 83 acceleration. 

then the amount of WIDE RECEIVERS that have 82 speed with 95 acceleration is mindblowing. like theres ZERO reason that a 4 star recruit should have 82-85 speed, be 5'7 "route artist" with 87 acceleration then have the AUDACITY to be a "gem".... like dawg, what is this. 

yall made dam near 90% of the running backs 86 speed.. literal FIVE STAR RUNNING BACKS WITH 86 SPEED, CONSISTENTLY.  

& when there's a "speedster" with 87 speed & 85 acceleration is beyond my understanding.... then they end up being capped fully in "quickness" lol like what is this.......

    I have the same issues. I signed a 99 speed rb acceleration is 85. He is basically nerfed and never gets up to full speed. I have seen safeties and corners with 90+ change of direction speed 83 lol but man coverages are like 75+. Makes no sense.
