Deluxe edition early access

I bought the deluxe edition to have the three day early access. Launching through EA not steam. But the app still says I’m on the ea play trial and is counting down my time even though I should have full access now. Anyone encountered this?

    Entitlements for CFB 27 are platform-specific. So if you purchased the game through Steam, it may be intended that the EA app still shows you as being on the trial version.

    Please try launching the game directly from Steam and see if your full access shows there. Thanks!

    I originally purchased through steam, however I’ve been playing through EA launcher because that seemed to be the only way to get the ea play trial to work. It wouldn’t work through steam.

    worth noting- the ea app recognizes that I own the deluxe edition, however it still is showing me playing through the ea play trial

    Could you confirm how you purchased the game? Was it purchased directly through the EA app?

    You can also try signing out and back in to the EA app, or clearing the EA app cache, to see if that refreshes your access.

    If your trial time ends and you still can’t access the Deluxe Edition, please contact our support team so they can check the entitlement on your account.
