Cloud saves missing

I play College Football 27 on PC through EA Play Pro, and for some reason my cloud saves are just not showing up in the game anymore. I’ve already tried restarting the game, EA app, and my PC multiple times. I made sure I’m on the right EA account, checked my internet, made sure everything was updated, cleared/restarted the EA app, and tried getting the game to sync with the cloud again. I’ve also messed with the local/cloud save files trying to get it to recognize my saves, but nothing has worked.

The saves should still be in the cloud, but College Football 27 just isn’t recognizing them or giving me a way to load them. Every time I open the game they’re still missing.

I’ve tried pretty much everything I can think of and EA Support hasn’t really been able to help me, so I figured I’d ask here. Has anybody else had this happen and actually figured out how to get their cloud saves back into the game? I really don’t want to lose all my progress and have to start everything over.
