Depth Chart Bug - LEDGE4/REDGE4

I started an edge rusher as a 5 star, played a season at Pitt and didn't see the field until the last 4 games of the season where I became LEDG 1. Then before the bowl game I was demoted to REDG 2 despite getting 5 sacks and rhe previous game and there being no reason for the demotion. Then the next season I was REDG 4 the entire year despite being the highest overall and highest coach trust at my position. I then transferred to Texas where I was still REDG 4 all season despite being projected REDG 1 and having the highest coach trust and overall at my position. So then I transferred to Arizona State where again I have the same problem. I am academically eligible, my fitness is peak, coach is happy, there's no reason for me to be REDG 4 and not even get position battles all year. This needs to be fixed.

I seem to be having the same issue somewhat.  My first season at edge started 4th on depth chart at Iowa even though the school had recruited me as #1 LDE.  After a few games I had moved from 4 to 2 on the depth  chart.  Started rest of the season and stayed with Iowa after season.

Second season they redshirted me don't know why was ranked higher overall DE on team.

Third season I was rated the highest DE on team and wasn't even listed on depth chart.  Went through season full coach trust and not 1 position battle. So I transfered to Memphis.

Not even listed on depth chart again but rated highest end.  So aggravated with this game already

I'm having the same problem; it's getting ridiculous. They really need to fix this, because it's just absurd.

Edge is broken. Player after full seasons never advancing beyond 4th, even though the roster shows the player as the highest rated edge, and the coaches favor is past all save 1. Viewing the actual team depth chart, and the player isn't listed anywhere in any depth chart for the team.

Position battles are stupid, punishing garbage. I'm older and lack the motor skills I had when I was younger, yet there is no option to get around the annoying mini games.

Even tried choosing a school where my player was easily identified as a starter during recruiting. Join the team - stuck 3rd, with an immediate position battle for 2nd. Checks the roster - yep, a full 4 points higher than the starter and 6 points higher than the 2nd position guy I'm going to face.

Same issue. Highest rated edge player on the team. No where on the depth chart. Broke **bleep** game.

The LEDGE 3 has 800 points and I have 3496 points and it wont give me a position battle.

This coach demoted me and got angry and I’m already the 4th edge!

I’m having the exact same problem! I am getting moved from left edge to right edge as well….right edge doesn’t even come up as an option when creating the player! I’m just being redshirted every season even if I hit the portal! The recruitment says starter but position 4 when I hit the team!

Yeah the same thing happens to me so what I did was make the tough decision to delete my edge rusher then I’ll make a new one once they fix this bug. It can potentially be frustrating but I’m looking forward to EA patching this so I can play as an edge rusher.
