Dev trait

Has anyone been able to get their dev trait to change in rtg?  I’ve been stuck at normal yet my RB had the greatest statistical season ever, multiple awards and the natty, yet no change.  
I feel like a broken record with the complaints, but it’s hard to stay silent when a company ignores a community that is passionate about this mode.  They’re gonna customers (myself included) with next years game if they pull this nonsense again.
