Overall stuck at 80

I have a 3 star wide receiver, his first year was a red shirt year then transferred to a new school became a starter and broke school records and won the heismen and a bunch of other awards and Sun belt player of the year and national player. I transferred to a 5 star Georgia bulldogs and won player of the week a few times now and is in the heismen running again. But I am still stuck at a 80 overall but still will let me use my cap breakers on my lower overalls. Anyone else having this issue and anyone have any fixes?
