RTG exp issue

Earning XP and skill points feels far too slow compared to previous games. Even after putting together great performances, winning awards, and having strong seasons, it takes an extremely long time to improve your player. This makes progression feel unrewarding instead of exciting. Road to Glory is supposed to make you feel like your player is developing throughout their college career, but right now it often feels like your ratings barely change unless you play an unrealistic number of games.
