RTG progress disappears after closing the game

I'm having a major issue with Road to Glory in College Football 27 on PS5.

I created an RTG player yesterday and played for a while. When I came back today, the player was completely gone from the Load menu. My older RTG players that I had previously created were also missing.

I then created a new RTG to see if it was just an issue with my old saves. I played with the new player for a while, exited the game normally, and when I came back, that progress was gone too.

I've already tried restarting my PS5, completely closing and reopening the game, checking for updates, and downloading my CFB 27 save data from PS5 cloud storage.

My CFB 27 cloud save is around 419 MB, but none of my RTG careers appear in the Load menu.

At this point, I don't know what else I can do. I really want to play Road to Glory, but I'm afraid to keep playing because my progress disappears every time I close the game.

Is this a known RTG save bug? Is there any way to recover my existing RTG careers or get new RTG careers to save properly?

I'm playing on PS5.
