Previous Plays removed

I noticed that the Previous Plays screen was removed from Road to the College Football Playoff last week. I understand that it may have been causing an input conflict because it used the same right-stick direction as formation shifts, but removing the feature entirely is a major step backward.

Being able to review previous offensive and defensive play calls is important in a competitive mode. It helps players identify tendencies, make adjustments, and understand what happened on the previous snap. That information is far more useful during gameplay than having multiple right-stick inputs dedicated to viewing objectives.

Please bring the Previous Plays feature back and resolve the input conflict instead of removing it. One possible solution would be to use right-stick up and down to cycle between the objectives and Previous Plays screens, while leaving right-stick left and right available for formation shifts.

Road to the College Football Playoff should give players access to the information needed to make strategic adjustments. Removing Previous Plays makes the mode less competitive and less enjoyable.

    It would be better if it was the first tile showing instead of the third.

    True. Guess it was just a glitch. Cause it's till attached to those "bells and whistles" like it was before.

    Not necessarily true.

    Sure the players themselves can't look at film, but coaches up in the booth are constantly looking at previous plays in real time. Helps them sequence their plays.

    I noticed they removed that as well. However, it really isn't that helpful because players make so many adjustments. The previous play information doesn't show any of the adjustments.

    Yeah I don't like the bells and whistles either because they do nothing for me.  If they had bells and whistles that pertained to the game that would be good.  But I actually like that they took away the ability to see what someone called.  I think it's too easy.  Ive always hated that feature.  Instead of showing the previous play,  maybe after halftime,  show the top 3 most common plays your opponent calls.  In the real NFL you can't see a previous play until the offense comes to the sideline.

    Had some time to think about it and it just dawned on me...

    So they were aware that having the "last play" mechanic linked to all the "Bells and whistles" on the Right Stick was a problem (fair assessment), but I stead of fixing this...they took it away altogether? 

    What in the actual f***, are we serious???

    Those bells and whistles mean THAT much to them? Make it make sense.

    What's crazy is, it was taken away without letting us know AT ALL. Now that's kinda shady. 

    Makes it look like there's an internal agenda.

    I agree... 💯.

    Was the "Right Stick to see last play" an issue? Sure. But removing it completely wasn't the answer. 

    Most players could care less about the random info they put up on those pages. Especially in an online H2H mode. We just wanna play and win. 

    Removing the "last play" feature essentially takes away the "film study" aspect of the game of football. This is actually educational for a lot of players to learn punch/counterpunch. 

    Bring it back. And like the above said, just make pulling it up an exclusive mechanic I stead of being attached to something trivial as "star player ratings". 

    We don't care about that stuff. We just wanna know what just hit and, and how to prevent it from happening again.
