I've purchased the MVP bundle though Steam and thought I would be able to get 3 days early access starting today, but it does not seem to be unlocked for me. I have the game preloaded, but Steam lists it as coming July 9 and the play button is not active.
On Steam, i have the MVP Bundle (not plus) and EA Play. With the MVP Bundle, it allows early access on 7.6.2026, but until then, because I have EA Play, there's an option for a 10 Hour Trial. When I select the Trial, I get an error stating "An error occured while launching this game: Game not released". It has already been preloaded. Is there any other step I have to take? How do I play the game?
I'm having the same problem. I spoke to support but they weren't any help. If they don't get it fixed remember to ask for a refund.
You can download the EA app and play the trial if you are linked to your Steam account. I am downloading the trial as I type.
Is the game launching for you? I can't even get mine to launch
I am having the exact same issue.
I upgraded my purchase of College Football 27 today after work today, since I got paid and wanted to have early access since I would be free the next three days to play the game. Purchase went through no problem(Of course), and now the Steam store is telling me I need the DLC to play the game, but when I click through and try to download it, it pops up with the error saying the game hasn't been released. If someone can help or explain what's going on, I'd appreciate it.

More accurately, I bought the Standard edition of NCAA, then saw what a great deal it was to get madden and VIP, with 3 day early access to NCAA, and i upgraded to the VIP, but now i cant play....
yep, same issue, same thing..
I bought College football on Steam, then of course i saw what a great deal it was to get Madden with VIP and 3 day early access to College football! Unfortunately the EA app will not recognize the game as the deluxe edition so it is denying me access that i was able to pay for in the package.... It does show the VIP in add ons on both Steam and the app..
