Teambuilder Teams Downloads Resetting to Zero When Updating Team

Ever since the most recent title update on September 3rd, is anyone else experiencing the number of downloads for their team resetting to zero. If I update any of my teambuilder created teams and submit those updates, the number of downloads for that team resets to zero.
