Audible and Hot route Issues in Game

I have had many experiences with this bug with the Hot Routes and Audibles while in the middle of either a play now game or a dynasty game or one of the game modes. I will call my play and then realize that I want to hot route my running back or someone and when I tap Y on my Xbox controller on the bottom left or bottom right hand side of my screen it doesn't show up the routes that I can hot route my player to run. Same with the audibles, I will try and audible my play and it just for some reason does not show up on the bottom right or left side of my screen to show me what plays I can change to. EA, please fix this, I know y'all have to deal with a bunch of things, but I really need to see what routes and what plays I can change to. I sadly don't have any photos of it happening but EA I need y'all to trust me on this.
