Cannot play dynasty due to error loop

I’m reporting what appears to be a game-breaking Dynasty bug on Xbox Series X.

While playing Dynasty, I attempted to purchase the final 4,100 Coach Points before the feature was removed. The game deducted the 4,100 Coach Points, but the transaction never completed correctly. Immediately afterward, Dynasty became unusable.

Now every Dynasty is affected:

● Existing Cloud Dynasty

● Brand-new Cloud Dynasty

● Brand-new Offline Dynasty

In every case, Dynasty loads into the same endless notification loop. I dismiss the Dynasty/Coach Points notification screens, but they immediately reappear and prevent me from progressing. I cannot get into my Dynasty.

Troubleshooting I’ve already completed:

● Fully reinstalled the game.

● Restarted my Xbox Series X.

● Created multiple brand-new Cloud Dynasties.

● Created a brand-new Offline Dynasty.

● Confirmed I’m the only user and commissioner.

● Verified I’m connected to EA servers.

● Contacted EA Help, who directed me to report the issue here.

Since the problem occurs in both Cloud and Offline Dynasty, and even on newly created saves after a full reinstall, this does not appear to be a corrupted Dynasty save. It appears to be a game or profile-related bug that started immediately after the failed 4,100 Coach Points transaction.

I have screenshots and video showing the issue and can provide them if needed. If anyone from the development team would like additional information, I’m happy to help reproduce the problem.
