CE-108255-1 PS5

Game is crashing instantly on any game mode. Same error code every time. I have tried every remedy out there all the way down to a factory reset and a stock game play now mode. Nothing fixes this issue. It crashes immediately after starting any game, but ONLY NCAA 27. I am so confident I tried every remedy, I had thought it was the PlayStation and took it in for repair. They said it was a EA or Sony issue. I have hundreds of hours and dollars into this game and have missed this whole season. Extremely frustrated. Also unable to get a human through customer support. EA please help.

    After reading a couple other forums I was suggested to call Sony support. I tried every remedy they offered. They had no good answer and told me it would be an EA issue, but they offered a refund. Wtf
