[Xbox Series X] TeamBuilder Logos Missing on Player Cards — Dynasty & Road to GloryGame: EA SPORTS College Football 27
Platform: Xbox Series X
Game Modes: Dynasty and Road to Glory
Issue Type: Visual / TeamBuilder Branding Bug
Description
Custom TeamBuilder team logos do not display on the Player Card screen when viewing player statistics or editing player equipment.
Instead of displaying the correct TeamBuilder logo, the game displays the generic EA logo in the player-card background.
This issue affects every TeamBuilder team tested and occurs in both Dynasty and Road to Glory.
All custom logos display correctly in other game menus and presentation areas. Official, built-in college teams display their logos correctly on player cards.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch College Football 27 on Xbox Series X.
2. Enter a Dynasty or Road to Glory save containing a TeamBuilder team.
3. Select a player belonging to that custom team.
4. Open the player's card to view statistics or edit equipment.
5. Observe the team logo displayed in the player-card background.
6. Repeat with an official college team for comparison.
Expected Result
The correct TeamBuilder logo should appear in the player-card background, just as official college logos do.
Actual Result
The generic EA logo appears instead of the custom TeamBuilder logo.
Additional Observations
- The issue affects all tested TeamBuilder teams.
- The issue occurs in both Dynasty and Road to Glory.
- Custom logos display correctly elsewhere in the game.
- Official college logos display correctly on player cards.

- The problem is not isolated to a single custom team or logo design.
Request
Please investigate whether the player-card interface properly supports TeamBuilder custom logos.
The game successfully displays these logos in other interfaces, suggesting that the issue may be specific to the player-card branding system.
Please confirm whether this is a known issue and whether a fix is planned for a future title update.
