College Football 27 PC – Repeated EA Javelin AntiCheat Crash / 0xC0000005

I just bought the game yesterday and ran into this same issue. Turned out what is was for me uofmken79​ was that I had to go into my BIOS, make sure "Enable Secure Boot" was on, but more importantly reset the PKs to their default values (as they weren't set apparently). Once I did that, it finally succeeded. 

Prior to that, I had done all the troubleshooting you had suggested and I hadn't gotten anywhere either. Appreciate your thorough documentation, since that helped eliminate a bunch of other issues
