EA Connection Lost loading into Online Dynasty

My buddies & I run an online dynasty (all Xbox/PS5). We advanced a week yesterday and now every user in the league is unable to load into the dynasty. 

We all receive a “connection lost” “ea servers…” etc. when trying to load into (right after the ‘recruiting update’ screen).

 

I’ve tried clearing cache, deleting local save file, and hard reset the app (and my Xbox). Nothing works.

It was working yesterday BEFORE we advanced a week, but immediately booted our online connection when we all ready’d up & auto advanced.

I have a separate solo (online) dynasty and that one is working fine.

 

@EABarry or any other EA tech’s have a solution?

    Same issue here. Did yours ever resolve?

    konopka2​ Hey!

    This should now be resolved. If you can, please make sure the game is updated, or just do a fresh install, which isn't fun, but should do the trick.

    If you still cannot, let us know, we have some main threads on this one, so they should be pinned in the tech room.
