College football 27-pc Account Error

I'm playing college football 27 on pc through epic games. since I bought the game, I get an error every time i launch the game.

"Unable to proceed with this request as it is not in line with ea requirements"

Road to glory works but mascot mashup and other online features don't work.

Ive cleared the ea app cache and repaired the game. My epic account is linked to the correct ea account, and EA penalty history shows no penalties.

Does anyone know how to fix this or can an ea manager help?
