Disconnects

Me and plenty of other people in here have had an issue where we just constantly get disconnected from the Servers on CFB27 and Madden 27. We have tried everything you guys tell us and nothing works. Please can someone make this a bigger issue known to the higher ups so it can get fixed. I spent over $135 for these games and cant even play them. I can play any other game on my xbox perfectly fine so obviously it isnt my internet.
