Dynasty doesnt work

My cfb27 online dynasty has firstly been insanely laggy and had a lot of crashes, on ps5 which still hasn't been fixed even though I already tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache, system data among other methods. Now, I have advanced to the heisman ceremony and my screen just goes completely black after the ceremony starts playing, I wanted for half an hour it was still completely black however the ceremony still doesnt work and I cant advance to the next week. EA_Barry​ these issues have been persisting for so long, is there a fix to it?
