Error with Road to Playoffs

I am on PS5. My EA account cannot play Road to the College Football Playoff. The instant I press “Search for Game,” I receive the error “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.” Every other online mode works correctly, and another account on the same PS5 can search for and play Road to the College Football Playoff without issue. This appears to be an account-specific matchmaking/profile issue. Please investigate and reset or repair my Road to the College Football Playoff profile if necessary.
