Game Continues to Freeze Attempt 2

I'm now trying this a second time for a while now through the game it will freeze and lag especially during replays of defensive big plays, the game also struggles to load crowd and cheerleaders. Another thing ive noticed is a spike in my ssds memory in case anyone is having a similar issue. I have tried many things to fix that such as verifying integrity of files, changing graphics settings to low, passing it through exclusions in windows security, upgrading to 32gb of ram. All of these things plus other things recommended in this thread and it’s still having this issue. I’m now posting here to see what else I can try I’ve run out of things to try. 

At this point I’m convinced the game is just poorly optimized for pc 

any recommendations?

Storage: patriot ssd 1 tb
