I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, the launcher, and the anti-cheat nothing works. I click launch it goes through the anti-cheat the loads the CFB27 launcher, then goes full screen and then bricks the whole computer. My main monitor goes black. I am Unable to alt tab, alt F4, Ctrl+Shift+ESC, idk what to try at this point.

Since the game is getting through the anticheat and only locks up once it switches to fullscreen, this sounds more like the graphics/display side of the launch process hanging than a problem with the installation itself.
Based on what's showing up in the DxDiag here, I'd try disconnecting your second display (or switch Windows from Duplicate to PC screen only) and see if the game launches normally.
From there I'd also try closing any applications that hook into games or the GPU (MSI Afterburner, RivaTuner Statistics Server, Discord overlay, GeForce overlay, Game Bar, RGB software, etc.). If that doesn't help, try a clean boot and test again to help narrow down what could be conflicting with the launch in this case.
I both unplugged all but one monitor and turned off all those other type applications. One of those worked. I do wonder if the game has a problem on booting on ultrawide monitors, It seems to now boot fine on my 1080p monitor but then buggs out on the ultrawide. Either way I can boot on to one and drag it onto the other.
