Issue:
- Xbox Series X
- Deluxe Edition
- Road to College Football Playoff
- Game worked normally two days ago.
- Now every Road to College Football Playoff game desyncs a few seconds after loading into the stadium, before the opening kickoff.
- The desync does not count as a win or loss on my Road to CFP record.
Troubleshooting Completed:
- Hard restarted the Xbox multiple times.
- Completely quit the game each time (did not use Quick Resume).
- Cleared the game's Reserved Space (4 GB) and allowed it to rebuild.
- Launched the game fresh after clearing the cache.
- Tested with Cross-Play ON and OFF.
- Tested multiple matchmaking attempts with the same result every time.
- Verified there are no pending game updates.
- Not using any custom offensive or defensive playbooks.
- Have not changed any game settings before the issue started.
- Using the default playbooks.
- The issue only occurs in Road to College Football Playoff.
- No improvement after any of the above troubleshooting.
