I'm tired of troubleshooting this cursed game

I can't play my dynasty because I chose cloud instead of local. So now when the game crashes, it doesn't save my game progress at all whereas in Madden 27 in my offline franchise, it at least most of the the time saves my game in progress. 

Anyway, I uninstalled the latest Nvidia drivers using DDU, installed Nvidia driver 610.74 from July 7, 2026. This game and Madden 27 still crashes.

I don't want a refund at this point. What I would like is to get an Xbox version for both CFB27 and Madden 27. But we all know EA won't do that.

    Both madden and cfb crash for me constantly. It freezes and then reboots my entire PC. I've done everything I know to do. EA hasn't even acknowledged our posts regarding this, and it is beyond frustrating.

    They acknowledged us with basic troubleshooting "fixes" that AI can write. I know it's not my PC because I just played Resonance: A Plagues Tale Legacy via Xbox PC App for a couple of hours and not once did it crash. Literally, only this effin game and Madden crashes. Eff EA. Not buying their game next year at all. I'll wait for Gamepass and by that I would hope the issues are fixed.
