login issues

Whenever i open the game it doesn’t recognize me as a mvp plus member and has me log out of my xbox account and log back in even though im on the account i bought college football 27 on ive deleted and redownloaded the game atleast  10+ times with no fixes its been a week of this glitch and i’ve checked my xbox account there’s no issues with the payment on the mvp plus membership
