Missing Preorder Content - Help Desk Uninformed or Lying
I’ve been experiencing some major issues with the helpdesk. On July 7, I reported that I was missing some pre-order content specifically my 100 coaching Dynasty points. Everywhere on EA‘s website that mentions anything about pre-order bonuses, 100 coaching points is included on every edition from standard all the way to MVP. The MVP plus membership award you 150. But everything else awards you 100 and for all editions as a pre-order bonus. Upon reporting this, I have repeatedly been misled and lied to by the helpdesk. The EA admin in this forum have asked me insulting questions such as “have you tried to create a Dynasty?” there has to be some other means of communicating with EA other than this forum or the useless helpdesk. I will attach screenshots of responses from EA help as well as all of my proof and links to pre-order bonuses being advertised on EA’s website, one of them being in the campus huddle from sometime in June, as well as they frequently ask questions page currently. I have received all other bonuses aside from my coaching Dynasty points. I have tagged them on X as well as tried other avenues for contact to no avail. I’m at a loss and I feel severely lied to by EA as a company.
