MVP+ Membership/ Trial Error

This seems to have addressed it! Thank you. But now the menu cover on my homepage says “Trial” at the bottom. Not sure it that will change anything. Doesn’t seem to be. 

Yes, have not been able to enjoy the game since the yet (MVP+ subscriber).   

You shouldn't have to do this, it's ridiculous.

For anyone reading this thread, I had the same issue the past few days. Even my AI was saying just wait for EA to provide a fix because I tried everything. I decided to just go to the Xbox Store, go to CFB 27 and launch in through the EA Trial (I had never started the 10 day trial since I bought MVP+ and it said I owned the game). It has worked for me. There is no trial timer for me, the game has been launching as it was a week ago and no issues so far.

Just go in and essentially hit More Options when on CFB in the store and click to do the EA trial then I think that probably reauthenticated it on the backend.

Hope karma doesn't come for me for posting this and issue comes back. 

I've paid and pre-order MVP + for 135$ for this and for the last week I have been dealing with this. Why EA you offer this game to people with a subscription that I bought to have this trial error and I literally own the game! This has been going on for almost a week! Fix this! This is ridiculous and frustrating! I preordered and own this game and I never played the trial at all! It can't be hard!

I’ve been trying for over an hour redownloading and doing so much stuff and it keeps popping up with a trial message. i bought the mvp+ yearly subscription and i don’t understand how this can keep happening can you fix this?

Same thing here. Tried to uninstalling and reinstalling. Didn't work. FIX IT!!! Thought it would be a temp thing for the trial period. Guess not.

I am having this issue as well. Tried all the things mentioned above.
