No message crash stadium builder

I have been able to upload images online but every single time I click stadium base to customize, it loads then goes to a blank screen. I’ve cleared memory, tried different accounts, deleted history, different browsers I’ve done everything and it keeps happening. I had no issues with the 2 previous games. One of the main reasons I paid for early access was for this feature and now we are weeks in and this is still happening with zero explanation. This is beyond unacceptable because after continuing to bring this up I have not even been given the courtesy to of a response let alone a solution
