Please Fix this Game

Please fix this game.  The last 5 years I have been unable to play three games on release.  Care to guess which games?  College Football 25, 26, and 27.  I have a Xbox Series X with zero issues with any other games.  Single player, multiplayer, doesn't matter all work flawlessly no crashes.  All execpt College Football.  

The worst part is that you eventually fixed College Football 25 and 26.  How is it that you never learn from the previoius year?  This should never have happened in 26 and 27.  It seems like you never even acknowledge the fact that your game crashes.  And then when you do admidt you come up with crap like hold down the power button and unplug the Xbox for 60 seconds.  No other game requires these steps just your non tested buggy poor excuses for a release.
