Pre- Snap Play Art Bug

Hello,

I attempted to open a case to troubleshoot but the AI chat feature does not work properly.

Has anyone experienced the pre-snap play-art not going away at all? I don't like visuals so I turned most of them off, and only need the presnap menu option. It worked at first, but now the playart particularly on defense stays visual on the screen until the ball is snapped. No other button is being pressed, each art shows as you cycle through each player.
