Refreshing spreadsheet. Please wait...

I've had it happen twice now where I'm in the middle of a game, I open up the stats page, and I get a message that says something like "the spreadsheet is refreshing." Only the spreadsheet never does refresh, and the only way out is to turn off my console

Same thing happens with "recalculating lighting" for highlights at the end of a game. That cost me a rivalry trophy. The "refreshing spreadsheet" issue cost me a mascot addition.

I keep having an issue where my game freezes anytime when checking player stats mid game. It says “Refreshing spreadsheet. Please wait…” but never refreshes. I never had this issue before the most recent “patch” was done. The game is unplayable now as it freezes every time. I’ve rebooted my PS5 and have followed instructions for restoring licenses, logging out and logging back in, switching wifi frequency, disabling/enabling HDCP, changing console language, rebuilding the database, deleting the game and cache and restarting, changing the DNS server… nothing has worked. It’s really frustrating not being able to check stats during a game since that’s a big part of college football. 

This has been occurring while playing Offline Dynasty mode usually in the 1’st, 2’nd and 3’rd quarters. It’s probably happened 12 out of 12 times since the last patch was done. I haven’t been able to complete a game yet so have just stopped playing until it can be fixed. Can the team please look into correcting this 

I’m having the same issue. In offline Dynasty mode on PS5 my game will freeze while looking at the players stats pages usually around the 2nd, 3rd and 4th quarters. I get a message saying “Refreshing spreadsheet. Please wait…” but it never refreshes and I have to exit the game and restart. I’ve tried following all of the suggestions to fix the issue but none have worked. This was not a problem at all for me until the most recent patch was done last week. Hopefully this is something that EA can do a new patch update for to fix soon bc I’m unable to enjoy the game or finish a game with this issue.

Have the issue that has happened twice to me in game.  One where i checked stats mid game late 3rd quarter and go refreshing spreadsheet message and the game is completely frozen only thing to do to get out of it is to close the app.  Then had it happen a second time after the game was over and i had won and was looking at that stats in the post game screen.  Same thing refreshing stat sheets and frozen.  This is a very frustrating issue and an overall  horrible bug especially b/c i lose the game progress/outcome...and then have to start all over again...nothing makes me not want to play more than that...having to replay a game is just killing the fun of progressing.  Please fix this stupid issue.

Same issue with me, except it did it at the very end of the game.

Months of being excited for the game, weeks of deciding on a dynasty, hours of setting up the dynasty and 60min of playing your very first game of your CFB 27 dynasty, just for the game to delete all of the first game and making the time you just spent and storylines you just created totally pointless.

Fix this f...ing spreadsheet refreshing bug in the stats menu in the post match menu.

I am beyond frustrated, never have been this frustrated with a game EVER.

Another update, and of course this issue is not fixed. This never happened in the previous two CFB games.

I went into my player stats screen in the 3rd quarter of a game and the screen is locked and says, "PLEASE WAIT" "Refreshing spreadsheet. Please Wait..." The screen is frozen and I can't exit out of the screen. This happened on PS5, in Coach Mode, Dynasty.
