I bought the bundle on steam, well before the cutoff for pre order content. I received the 4600 points and the 3 day early access, but did not receive any of the mentioned ultimate team player items, dynasty points or coach points. I contacted support they were no help at all and directed me to make a forum post, could someone help me?

Having same issue with coaching points in dynasty. More like EA Unhelp
edit: my post was removed/disappeared reporting the same issue. I’m on Xbox, deluxe edition preorder.

This is an insulting reply. I’m not dumb, I’ve created multiple dynasty’s. And it should be 100 points, for a deluxe edition preorder. EA’s inability to provide an answer here would be comical if I wasn’t being shorted my preorder bonus.
I’ll do you one better, EA help has tried to tell me that the preorder for deluxe doesn’t include 100 points. Explain why EA.com Campus Huddle, outlines the preorder bonuses, and all information prior to launch showed 100 coaching points included for all 3 editions of the game. Someone at EA is clearly very very misinformed, or blatantly lying. It’s beyond ridiculous, and this needs to be rectified immediately.
I have created a coach and there is no dynasty points, I don't get the extra skill points for creating a player, and I have not received any of my ultimate team packs. Yes I am signed in on the correct EA account as well
Any responses that do not include calling us dumb Barry?
