Stadium Lights Bug

The stadium lights for all stadiums are not illuminated during live gameplay. They will illuminate during cut scenes. The stadium lights will cast lens flare, but the actual source is not illuminated. 

This issue appears on the PC version of the game with the Ultra graphics quality preset. 

AMD 7800x3d, Nvidia RTX 4090, 64 GB RAM, Windows 11, latest patch of the game.
