[Team Builder] Error 700: Cannot Create New Team | Road to Glory

Hey everyone,

Hoping someone here has run into this and found a fix. I am trying to create a brand new high school team in Team Builder for my Road to Glory, and I keep hitting a wall before I even get started.

Here is exactly what is happening:
I go to the Team Builder website, log in, and navigate to My Teams.

The page shows 0 teams and a maximum of 32 allowed, so I am nowhere near any kind of limit.

I click the Add New button to create a fresh team and immediately receive the following error:

Error [700]: Failed to load the team into the editor

The editor never opens. I cannot get past this screen no matter how many times I try. I have not been able to create a single team.

A few things worth noting:

• This is a brand new account with zero existing teams.
• I am not importing or editing an existing team, just trying to create one from scratch.
• The error appears instantly, so it does not seem like a timeout issue.

I would love to know if anyone else has experienced Error 700, whether there is a known workaround, and whether this is something EA is actively tracking.

Any tips from the community or a mod response would be greatly appreciated.
