Unable to Save anything

I had uninstalled and reinstalled the game and now I am unable to save anything. My save files are also not present. I installed the game on another device and my save files are present...

How do I fix it so that I the game accesses the save files on the device that I originally installed the game on?

    What happens when you try to save?
