Account stopped accruing research points when fighting

My Account stopped accruing research points when attacking / kiiling bases in PVP, PVE or camps -etc.  What can I DO ?

    The new patch 16.3 stops you gaining research points for PvP - are you sure you're not getting them for PvE on camps, outposts and bases?
