Balance Patch Notes - Latest Patch August 2023
Hello Command & Conquer Rivals fans,
We have some exciting news to share with you all!
The Balance Patch is out, and our team has carefully examined and made necessary adjustments in the game with this release. Expect buffs and nerfs that will enhance the overall balance and strategy of the game. Below are the details of the adjustments that have been made:
GDI Changes:
Liang:
- Start Cooldown increased from 45 seconds to 65 seconds
- Purchase Cooldown increased from 35 seconds to 45 seconds
- Spawn -2 from enemy base -> -3 from Middle
- Speed increased from 0 to 3.
- Health decreased from 430 to 150.
McNeil
- Arming Time reduced from 1 seconds to 0.3 seconds
- DurationActive reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds
- Attack Speed Decrease changed from 30% to 55%
- Reload Decrease changed from 15% to 70%
- Movement Decrease changed from 40% to 15%
Strongarm
- Tiberium Cost decreased from 50 to 40
Jumpjet Troopers
- Jump feature is fixed. The unit can jump again
- Speed Increased from 8 seconds to 9.3 seconds. Speed increased from Faster to Fastest.
Grenadier
- Health increased from 550 to 620
- Movement EMP reduced from 60% to 30%
- Angular EMP reduced from 60% to 30%
MSV
- Attack Speed Buff reduced from 50% to 5%
- Reload Buff reduced from 55% to 5%
- Movement Buff changed from 2.5 to 4.5. Speed is increased.
- Pack-up time from 2.25 seconds to 1.1 seconds
Rhino
- Speed increased from 6.928 seconds to 8 seconds
- Vision Range increased from 2 tiles to 3 tiles
Shatterer
- Infantry Damage increased from 180 to 210
Razorback
- Health increased from 1500 -> 1530
Orca Bomber
- Tiberium Cost decreased from 110 to 100
- Bomb Drop Speed Interval decreased from 0.85 seconds to 0.5 seconds
Nod Changes
Jade
- Deploy Time reduced from 3 seconds to 2.5 seconds
Fanatics
- Movement Buff 25% to 40%
- Attack Damage increased from 49 to 57
- Stat page is fixed.
Scarabs
- Health increased from 125 to 250
Attack Bikes
- Charge Up Delay changed from 0.1 seconds to 0 seconds
- Attack Separation Delay changed from 0.1 seconds to 0.25 seconds
Buggy
- Vision range increased from 2 tiles to 3 tiles
Chem Buggy
- Cloud Spawn Time increased from 1 second to 2.1 seconds
Giga-Cannon
- Infantry Stage 2 Damage decreased from 15 to 8
- Infantry Stage 3 Damage decreased from 30 to 12
- Charge Store Time reduced from 1 second to > 0.7 seconds
Banshee
- Unit can Shoot while moving
- Charge Up Delay changed from 0.5 seconds to 0 seconds
Catalyst Gunship
- Infantry Damage increased from 200 to 270
- Health increased from 1485 to 1530
Inferno
- Reload Speed increased from 12 seconds to 13 seconds
- Reload Movement Speed Buff changed from 45% to 20%
