bought command and conquer bundle and wont work.

I don't want to sound old but i bought this "game" and silly me there was a sticker covering the fact that it was a digital download six months ago or so i tried to play this game but would run like **bleep**. I don't consider myself a computer genius but i've done some programing and code writing so this should have been simple but even though i've spent the better part of eight hours changing the preferences on my almost new computer all i get is dissapointment when i click the shortcut and my cursor changes to an hourglass but never goes past that then when i check why after twenty minutes i get the message program not responding. i am pretty sure that you guys have made this process that used to be very simple much more complicated than should be I did my part I paid then i downloaded from your site the suggested content. Now tell me why is it that instead of relaxing on my very short time off with a game i used to love playing I'm instead wasting it writing this epic anthology and paying for it. I'm no master at buisness but if your customers are unhappy why would they give you any future buisness? This is just my opinion but i think you should move back to hard copies of the games just cause something is cheaper to create it does not make it better there is just to many compatibility issues with this digital download format your trying for i don't think its right i have to become a programmer just to play a game.
