Bugs building in the C&C Games

I have bought the Command and conquer ultimate collection and have been working fine for quite some time but since Origin has updated a number of them have devolved a similar bug/glitch. When i'm trying to build curtain structures it don't seem to register the icon of the building and subsequently wont let me build it. and all seem to be in a simliar place. So far it has effected Red Alert 2/ Yuri's Revenge and Tiberian Wars/Kane's Wrath.

i'm not sure if this is EA or Orgin's fault, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. I have uninstalled the games and re-downloaded them and still have the same issue i'm running them on Win 10. 

Any help would be super.

    Both, I've also again tried uninstaling the reinstalling it and no joy

    Same problem here, and after the latest win10 update, yuri became unplayable. with c&c 3 problems with the building of some units or structures, it already started in the toturial missions where i could not build more than a power plant and a barracks... in the missions it is getting worser mission by mission untill egypt on the GDI side than you cannot build a weapons fact which is very important in the mission... when you move over this ''unbuildable'' item the cursor changes into a normal windows curser and when you try build something that would work the curser is game curser again...

    EA and Origin please help....
