C & C ultimate collection

How do I recover after a hard drive crash. Origin tells me that my product code has already been used. how do I get my games back

    Had you already registered the game? And had you already downloaded?

    You should be able to download Origin again to your computer, log in to the same account and simply download TUC again.

    I have tried that already but my when I click on my games on the Origin web site C & C is not there
