Cannot Quit Alliance as Second Commander

I want to quit my alliance.  I am the Second Commander.

If I try to demote myself, I get "error changing member role" error.

If I try to quit alliance, I get :Commanders and Second COmmanders cannot quit alliance"

The Commander has gone MIA.

What do I do?

the standard forum has this one listed as a FAQ (link below)

Basically, an SiC cannot quit, or demote him/herself.

You CAN promote yourself to CiC..

there is no limit to CiC.. all 50 members of an alliance can be CiCs.

As a CiC, you can then demote yourself to a regular member.

As a regular member, you can quit.

I hope this SOLVES your problem!

naw easiest way to leave when your the second in command is to promote someone else to SIC then demote yourself, goto roster and leave alliance, it isnt rocket science people.
