Command and Conquer 3 is not launching from EA application

Dear EA,

Command and Conquer 3 is not launching from EA application.

I already went through with all the below recommendations, and non of them worked:

I have a Windows 10 x64 PC, no antivirus, no firewall.

I don't have any issue launching any other game, just this one.

Please release an update which solves the issue.

    Hi, I am not EA, yet i want to ask you something. How is it not launching? for me it just gets stuck on "Launching game" or "Preparing game", Is it the same for you?

    I have exact same problem. Whilst other C&C games sometimes launch, sometimes don't, Tiberium Wars is always stuck on mentioned "launching game" and "preparing game". Very irritating.

    we can't fix it, only EA can. if you check your installed apps it will show the combined install of kane's wrath and tiberium wars and it should also show a separate install of kane's wrath. they need to add a separate install for tiberium wars for it to be able to play based on the last time i was able to run the game. if you do see kane's wrath is installed separately too as you should, go into "C:\Program Files\EA Games\Command and Conquer 3 TW and KW\Command Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars\Command Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath" use the .exe to run kane's wrath from there. but i haven't been able to get tiberium wars itself to run since it doesn't install in a seperate app anymore.

    would like my money back for this game if they can't get it working. use to work fine
