Can't install Red Alert 3

I have a case of Red Alert 3 with the CD but the CD format is UDF which is not working properly. It installed fine previously when i had windows 7 but now on windows 10 when I put the CD in the computer becomes very slow and when I click on some files in the CD, the comp takes ages to register that click. I managed to run EASetup.exe but the game wont install. The installer just gets stuck every time. I have the CD key and i just want to install the game. I tried the redeem code on origin but it says the code is duplicate. Is there anyway i can download the original game and then enter the serial key and just play?

    Simple answer? Yes. Yes, you can. The process is rather the opposite of what you proposed, though; you first give your product code, and then you can download and play the game.

    Just download and install the Origin client program, log in with your EA account, and go to this menu option:

    @Arifrefai If you have issues with your code, though, that may mean you already installed the game on a PC, and because of that, it needs to be unlinked from that PC before you can use it again. It's a system preventing the game from being used by multiple people. It's a rather dumb system though, since a fatal PC crash will obviously make this impossible.

    For key-related issues like this you should probably contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things. Just click on and fill in information until you end up on the live chat with the tech support people.

    I contacted EA tech support and my problem was fixed. However now I have the option to download RA3 and uprising (together) as I was granted the C&C Ultimate collection. I already have uprising on Steam. I don't want to download uprising. Is there any way I could download only RA3 but not uprising?
