Good luck with hearing back from EA here or EA Help when it comes to C&C Rivals.
It is unacceptable that they would end support for a game that many of us have financially supported and continue to do so. Last month another player spent 50 euros in the game and we had to tell him the game isn't being supported anymore before he spent more.
EA level of support renders our purchases worthless and demonstrates a blatant disregard for their customer base. We invested in their game with the expectation that it would be supported and the actions just represent a breach of that trust. I don't spend a cent on EA games anymore.
People should file complaints with consumer protection agencies.
EA_David fair to say you would agree with the above? Also the OP is looking for some response from a community manager.
