C&C RIVALS LOGIN ISSUE USING GOOGLE ACCOUNT

Hello,
I am writing to report an issue with C&C Rivals. I recently logged in using my Google account on a new device, but the game is not loading.
I have already attempted to resolve this by linking my EA ID to my Google account on the EA website, but the game still fails to load. When I checked my account information on the EA website, I found that the "Persona ID" field is empty and cannot be edited. 
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible?
