C&C Tiberian Twilight - Unable to Redeem Code

Hey EA Team,

SO i have this huge problem. I bought c&c TIberian Twilight from steam and i was provided with a code that apparently is already been used by another user. So i contacted steam , and they said to contact EA since EA is the developer of the game. SO i did contact EA assistance on live chat , but they said that they cannot help further so i msut reaquest help on FORUM from a manager. So here i am asking for help with my problem. I just wanna play the game i bought.

    Seems LIKE steam contacted ea and my issue is solve in another way. Close Topic, ty vm.

    By the way, in the beginning of the discussion about this problem we talked about the price of CNC4. Recently in different media it was reported that EA increased the prices of their old games on Steam. See: https://www.pcgamer.com/ea-has-jacked-up-the-prices-of-lots-of-old-games-on-steam/ They doubled the price of CNC 4 to 20 euros. This is why I first saw a lower and then a higher price on Steam, which really confused me. Just wanted to explain that 🙂

    @mrtnptrs  Read again what i wrote in our steam chat, i never said that steam provided me with a free cd-key O_o , please read what i wrote. I told you that i was informed that after Steam contacted EA for my issue , both could cofrm that my cd-key should work , and EA doesnt know it isnt working. SO steam decided to give me a cd-key for another game (QUAKE 4) because my issue with C&C 4 wont be solved.

    Before posting , please read carefully what is wrote down.

    @TERORISTU Yes, you're right, you told me "so steam decided to help me and gave me a free game" and I assumed you meant CNC4 as you didn't talk about any other game haha. So, the issue isn't really solved and they just gave you a good but veeeeeeeery cheap game....

    @mrtnptrs Indeed, but at least , Steam was willing to help me , so even tho that game is cheap , the fact that at least tried counts alot more that getting no help from EA Call center support or live chat.

    Anyway, i would like if a Moderator will close the topic please?
